Room was very dirty not cleaned for check in an when we checked in beds an towels full of hair on sheets an towels also left over bar soap still in shower door was damage to where someone could just push the door open , was not happy asked for refund but they could not refund due to a 3rd party service

The building is showing its age, poor repairs done - caulking, bathroom fan sounded horrible , removed the cover - very dirty and unplugged it. Staff were courteous enough - quiet enough after the last guests arrived. Access to the place is odd if you coming from the one side - need to loop around the block to enter the parking lot.

They would not let me stay there but stole my money like I did stay , they refused my paper id and now there acting like I checked in which I never did I lost my money on this one and they acted like I stayed there , I never checked in they were rude and denied my reservation so I ended up staying I. A different hotel I’m super upset and seriously angry with this motel 6 I’m planning on suing them for the way I was treated and them stealing my money like I was there which I was not , I can not express the disrespect I was subjected to I have traveled for the last 2 weeks after losing my wallet with a paper id that everyone accepted except for this motel 6 in Indio ca , I really hope something is done for this thievery & disrespect that I have just experienced, I have traveled my whole life and have never been so disappointed and disrespected in my whole life like the way this motel 6 has done me, the people behind the desk were no help except for the stealing of my hard earned money I have learned my lesson about the way motel 6 has done me ,ten thumbs down for this motel 6 in Indio ca.

Arrived at 11:30pm and was told they were sold-out, despite my reservation through *******.
Front desk told me to sleep in my car, which I was forced to do.
Horrible experience.

A little outdated and some stains in the bathroom but overall worked perfect for our two day stay. Staff was nice
