首先，酒店员工都很友好且乐于助人。但房间本身就另当别论了。他们告诉我所有的房间都带有连通门，这太让人惊讶了！虽然有锁可以锁住，但我住酒店从来没遇到过这种情况。青年旅社可能会有，但酒店不应该这样。淋浴水龙头都从墙上脱落了。小冰箱也坏了，试了好几次都没用。我跟工作人员提了之后，他们问我是想在早餐前还是早餐后处理。最后，早餐也不太吸引人。蛋白质选择太少，只有酸奶。也许可以增加百吉饼配奶油芝士或鸡蛋。这家酒店因为有好的员工所以很有潜力。我希望他们能采纳这些建议，让酒店变得更好。

Bad Front Desk Service – Howard Johnson, 200 Cypress Blvd, Winter Haven

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk employee did not greet me or acknowledge me properly. She stayed on the phone talking about her pregnant daughter and even spoke negatively about her daughter while I was checking in. It was unprofessional and made the check-in experience uncomfortable.

Later, around 11 PM, I asked a woman at the front desk for a blanket, and she was extremely rude. Overall, the customer service at this location was unacceptable.

First room we were put in smelled overwhelming of mildew, I asked to be moved and the second room smelled even worse, like cigarettes and trash. It was so late when we arrived due to delayed flights that nobody but me wanted to move again. So we dealt with it for one night.
