The property was advertised falsely place was dirty no elevator no hospitality. Will never stay there again. Would like to have a refund already put a complaint thing about it.

The place is in the middle of reconstruction, but we had booked in advance and arrived too late to find another hotel. We had to take the stairway because the elevator was not working. The stairs and halls were covered with paint chips. Our bedroom walls were exuding noxious gases from fresh paint. An extensive remodel such as this should not be open to the public. You should shut it down and have a grand reopening.

Staff was very nice. Outback Steak House is right next door as well as a Starbucks about a 3 minute walk. Small shopping mall right next door which you can walk. There was also a bigger mall which you could walk to or a 2 minutes drive. Also plenty of gas stations in both direction of the hotel. The hotel was being renovated and the elevator was not working but other than that, the stay was good.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel without realising renovations were taking place. We booked in and our room was on the 3rd floor only to find out that the lift was out of service - this was not pointed out at the time of booking in. The stairs were very dirty and the carpet in the corridors was covered in paint. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had been renovated but the furniture not been replaced - it was looking rather battered and the fridge had multiple dents in it.

We had no choice but to stay as the booking was non-refundable so it would have been good to have had prior knowledge of the problems especially as the room was expensive.

The hotel was under construction which we were not told ahead of time. The hallways were dirty with construction dust/dirt. The elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor. Our room was very clean but the furniture was mismatched and the old furniture was chipped and stained. We have photos we would be happy to send.
