The rooms were clean and the facility seemed safe and well maintained. The room had seen many patches and repairs and had a distinct smell. The indoor pool, “gym” and breakfast were a plus.

我们预订这间房完全是为了孩子能玩室内泳池，结果直到入住才发现泳池不能用，而行程又不能退款……真是太让人失望了……酒店真的应该及时更新这些信息，尤其是对那些为了特定活动才选择入住的客人。
看着名字来的，实际入住体验还不错，床单被罩都有新换，环境比较舒适

我以前多次入住这家酒店，有一段时间没来了，这次决定再来，结果却是个错误！首先，我带着一只服务犬，预订时也注明了。结果到了之后，他们竟然要求我出示服务犬的证件，这完全是违法的。他们只能询问关于服务犬的两个问题。我刚进房间，一只蟑螂就从电视机后面爬了出来。枕头根本不是床枕，只是普通的靠垫。地板看起来倒是挺干净的。
看起来像是做过表面翻新，但浴室和走廊的每个角落都脏兮兮的。走廊的地毯又脏又旧，都露出了线头。我们到的时候没有水，他们说大约一个小时后会修好。晚饭后我们检查了一下，水确实来了，但流出来的水是灰色的，而且直到第二天早上才有热水。我们不敢用这水刷牙，只好去前台要了一瓶水，他们说每瓶要2美元。我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了！
