Well...hmm!
Great location. Food and shopping nearby. Breakfast was average.
Cleanliness was disappointing. Trash around the building. My bathroom had not been cleaned and I cleaned it myself. Someone need to inspect the maids work every room and every day. I thought maybe new owner but the clerk said the same owner for 17 years.

This property was dirty, unsafe and we left even though we had a non refundable prepaid reservation!!

No toilet paper, black mold on the ceilings, smells of mold or water damage, and our room was never cleaned on our stay. We had to get towels and take out our own trash. Not worth the price. I feel scammed and mad. Blood on the sheets too. Like what????

The hotel room was dirty but what really stood out to me was the mildew smell and the molding ceiling tiles that covered the hallways on the first floor like there was clearly a leak or flood at some point. It was kinda run down and compared to a year and a half ago and I don't recommend the stay. Oh and the bed had what appeared to be blood stains. I was totally disgusted.

Very unsafe area. We left immediately after checking in upon being out in an extremely unsafe position with someone already in the room we were checked in to. We were refunded all money and the person at front was very professional, not a good experience and very scary for my family.

When my husband and I first entered the lobby, we were immediately met with a strong mildew smell, which was not a great first impression. After checking in, we took the elevator to our assigned room, only to find that the door looked like it had been previously pried open, which made us feel unsafe.
Inside the room, there were candy wrappers left on the small couch, and we found hair on one of the beds clearly, it had not been properly cleaned. We went back to the front desk to express our concerns, and to their credit, they did provide us with a new room.
The second room was an improvement in terms of cleanliness and smell. However, we were surprised to find an open bottle of wine and a meal replacement shake left in the refrigerator both clear signs that it hadn’t been cleaned or checked before our stay.
While the staff was responsive in switching our room, the lack of proper cleanliness and attention to detail made us feel uneasy and disappointed.

The property was ok. Only stayed to sleep for the night. The hallways and room smelled humid. Didn’t stay for breakfast or anything else. It served its purpose.

This property is extremely run down. As soon as I checked in I walked to a close by gas station the first one sold more wine and beer than anything else and homeless people camped out. Walked to QT and it was better ran into a sheriff and chatted and he told me that this was not a good side of town. Most Country Inn and Suites I have stayed at are nice but this was one is extremely run down. There was a domestic while I was there and even with the police coming they still didn’t kick the problem guests out, next night large police presence with guns drawn on someone in the parking lot. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Just beware of your surroundings if you stay here
