Everyone was so nice and helpful . Excellent bed and very clean and comfortable. Only complaint couldn’t get heat/ ac to work but room temp was ok so we didn’t even complain

I had the pleasure of watching a mouse run across the room late in the evening. Followed where the mouse went and found mice droppings where the refrigerator was. I will post pictures if possible.
The room above us clearly had a leak that suddenly grew and all you needed was a pen to pop the bubble and who knows what would have come out. Toilet water? Waste water? It was directly above our toilet which implies the upstairs toilet was similarly located. Regardless, no one wanted that bubble to pop!

My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast options. We used this hotel for a break in our trip heading north and will definitely return to this hotel in our future northern treks.

Awful! Our 1st assigned room faced the off ramp of the highway - extremely noisy w/18-wheeler truck traffic & room carried a very unpleasant odor! Room was also completely dark leaving us searching for lights.I asked for a different room facing the parking lot & was politely granted the request. However, upon opening this door, facing into another blacked out room, upon flipping a light switch it was clearly evident another guest was already occupying this room OR the room was never cleaned after vacating ! OBTW we checked in at approximately 7:40 p.m. Going down from the 3rd floor AGAIN, we were assigned a 3rd room; once again pitch black, attempting to find switches on unplugged lamps, BUT at least this room smelled cleaner. Fortunately neither one of us tripped or fell in any of the rooms! The only closet in this 'suite' is the size of a broom closet. The 1 flat screen tv is secured to the dresser & can't be moved ! I moved the sofa slightly and clearly no one understands the floors under the furniture also need to be vacuumed of dirt ! This is the very 1st time I felt it necessary to check out the bedding & what may be in the sheets ! I ended up needing to to remove all the sheets to reposition the mattress pad as it was placed in the opposite dirrection of the mattress !! The bedding is not comfortable. Hotel much need of cleaning & maintenance walls, doors, floors, trash.These are not staff issues, management's neglect. Unforgettable & inexcusable experience! YUK!

The staff was good and the room was ok except for the heat/ac unit. The wall thermostat was disconnected and we had some trouble trying to regulate the temperature in the room. Knowing the temperature in the room would have helped.

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The local was particularly good as there was easy access to major highways and multiple area dining options. The only problem I had was the included hot breakfast. There was no coffee available and they were running out of food early into the breakfast hours.

干净整洁，适合过夜。唯一的问题是他们没有提供无宠物且无障碍的房间（预订时未说明），这本来是我们需要的，但由于严重的过敏问题，我们不得不换到另一个房间。他们确实给我们升级到了无宠物房间，但无障碍设施因此变得有些不便。
