Staff was courteous. Room was adequate but needs a paint job. Outer door bottom frame coming apart. Rundown appearance. Doing renovation in lobby so no brealfast.

The best hotel in Winchester! Had the most pleasant stay, everything was perfect. The room was super clean, as well as the other areas of the hotel. Had a delicious breakfast with lots of options. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again!

The room was very clean, well stocked with towels and the bedding was fresh. Staff was very kind and check in/out went quickly. I also enjoy the breakfasts.

They only made the breakfast available beginning at 7:00 AM.
Light on headboard needs to be replaced.
Sink in bathroom was partially blocked.

I used the advanced check in process but still had to provide all the same info when I arrived. What’s the advantage of advanced check in?
