Clean, comfortable bed. Worn out, cracked, split and curling manufacture plank flooring that was rough on the feet. Truly the thinest TP I had ever encountered. You literally could see through it. No washcloths (weird). I requested a room away from the elevator and they put me next to the elevator. The hotel was not busy. I arrived late and did not want to go change rooms. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The eggs were disgusting, over cooked, dry, chewy flat disks (I threw them away). No salt and pepper (weird) and no ketchup or hot sauce to help the eggs along. There was only 1 yogurt in the cooler, tons of bread, so little protein. I picked this hotel because of the breakfast included. I was wildly disappointed.

Where do I start? The facility is severely outdated. There is an overall musty smell to the hotel and the room we were in was worse. The smell permeated all of our clothes, so that when we finally got home, we had to let our clothes air before we cleaned them. The room had 2 different table lights, holes in the wall had been poorly patched and painted, the tile in the bathroom had moldy grout, the sink did not have a drain stopper, and the bathroom lacked any bath or sink soap. The coffee machine needed to be cleaned, there was no sugar or creamer for the coffee in the room, and the bed pillows were hard in the corners because the feathers or foam had become wet and were now congealed together. As for the breakfast, there were some reheated sausage patties, some reheated egg patties, some dry biscuits, and a little crockpot with some watery gravy that I was afraid to touch. There was no fruit, one yogurt in the fridge, and some dry cereal and small corn muffins. It is better (and safer) to get breakfast someplace else. There are not too many options in Longview, but I hate to think this is the best in town.

The room was pretty clean, but it was hard to get towels after asking three times and having to go to front desk. I was told after 8 pm last night that there were still no towels avaliable. I explained that i hadnt had towels since i was there the two nights prior under my husband's Wyndham account. There were roaches in our room, my husband killed one Monday morning, and then we seen another one last night that he killed. We reported it, so hopefully they'll get an exterminator for future customers. I'll never stay at that location again, and I was there several months ago.

I spent one night there on my way to work. It wasn't too bad. I had lost my bank card and only had Apple Pay on my phone. They do not accept Apple Pay, which was really stressful. It took the desk clock almost an hour to help me. asking me the same questions over and over; that was too much for me. I had driven 5 hours to get here and was exhausted, just needed a room to sleep, but at last, I was able to figure it out.

Great little one nighter visit

The hotel was perfectly located next to highway for a quick one nighter for our stay. The whole place was super clean and smelled great too. Rooms were quiet and we heard only 1 guest make a noise in the hallway but it was just regular conversation stuff.
