Very high ceilings in the lobby of this renovated property, that continues in the spacious rooms…very clean, helpful staff… quiet area w many dining options

The room was pretty clean, but it was hard to get towels after asking three times and having to go to front desk. I was told after 8 pm last night that there were still no towels avaliable. I explained that i hadnt had towels since i was there the two nights prior under my husband's Wyndham account. There were roaches in our room, my husband killed one Monday morning, and then we seen another one last night that he killed. We reported it, so hopefully they'll get an exterminator for future customers. I'll never stay at that location again, and I was there several months ago.

I spent one night there on my way to work. It wasn't too bad. I had lost my bank card and only had Apple Pay on my phone. They do not accept Apple Pay, which was really stressful. It took the desk clock almost an hour to help me. asking me the same questions over and over; that was too much for me. I had driven 5 hours to get here and was exhausted, just needed a room to sleep, but at last, I was able to figure it out.

Great little one nighter visit
The hotel was perfectly located next to highway for a quick one nighter for our stay. The whole place was super clean and smelled great too. Rooms were quiet and we heard only 1 guest make a noise in the hallway but it was just regular conversation stuff.

Friendly staff. Easy parking for my trailer. But there were some negatives, usually not expected of a Wyndam property. The king size bed (Room 207) was horrible, like sleeping on a giant mushroom. Roach in the bathroom at 1:30 AM, guess it was also taking a bathroom break. The breakfast was just an excuse for one, no cream cheese for the bagles, very limited choice. Sent me to the nearby McDonald's. If I'd been in a third world country, these things would have been ignored. All that said, I did not suffer but they should do better. .

Breakfast was horrible then all these dogs wrre staying there and im allergic so i snexxed all night staff wss nice but i asked for cold water and they charged me saying thats the onlu water they have which wss behind the counter

Check in was easy, staff have always been helpful and friendly. This is my 3td time staying at this hotel this year. I have come back because of the above reasons.
The only complaint I have is that although there is a pool and hot tub, they are still closed for use by health department of Longview for past several months, and hotel seems uninterested in fixing the problem with it.

我住这家酒店只是为了带孩子们游泳。就为了去游泳池，结果酒店贴了个告示说卫生部门关闭了。我解释说我们只是想游泳，看看能不能取消预订退款，结果被拒绝了。经理说页面上说游泳池已经停业了，但那是谎话，他们拒绝退款。
