This place was sketchy from the word "go". They lock the lobby at night because the neighborhood is so bad. We got in super late (3 am after a flight), and I swear the woman hanging around outside in front of the lobby was part of the oldest profession. When we got to our room, the smell was almost unbearable. A combination of a urine-like smell under industrial cleaner. While the room was not very well maintained, it wasn't terrible - but the smell was. We were supposed to stay for several days, but we left in the morning. If it hadn't been 3 in the morning and we hadn't been exhausted, we would have not stayed one night.

The room they gave me was clean but lower level I was looking out at parking lot which came up to lower sill of window. They moved me to 2nd floor, better. TV didn't work but they got it working with new remote. No breakfast not even coffee in lobby. Room was clean though and staff was friendly. Probably would not stay there again.

The room climate felt mucky upon entering. The window unit AC made us get stuffy while we slept. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. The entire hotel felt hot and uncomfortable. We will be booking a different hotel next time.

This a very good place to stay close to the UNT camus. The hotel smelled good, loookef clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would say good value and convience make a good hotel a great one. To the parents coming to see their kids I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is an old hotel that llooks good on the outside. Once you enter the hallway and walk up the sagging stairs under the newish carpet you realize you should’ve spent $20 more to stay in a decent hotel. Water is like warm and the whole interior needs a facelift
