This a very good place to stay close to the UNT camus. The hotel smelled good, loookef clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would say good value and convience make a good hotel a great one. To the parents coming to see their kids I would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy parking, loved the 2 pm check in time versus others that do 3 pm. Room had great AC, best pillows and bed, hot water. I slept very well

This is an old hotel that llooks good on the outside. Once you enter the hallway and walk up the sagging stairs under the newish carpet you realize you should’ve spent $20 more to stay in a decent hotel. Water is like warm and the whole interior needs a facelift

Toilet in bathroom ran the whole time and a/c did not work in bedroom. Toilet and a/c worked in the separate room . It is close to shopping and restaurants.

There was no hand soap, shampoo, or body wash in any of the dispensers in the restroom. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom would get stuck constantly. There was no air conditioning in the restroom so it was as hot as outside if closed. When I changed my clothes in the restroom they stuck to me, and there are dead tadpoles and other bugs in the vent/light combo. The parking lot has potholes so be careful. Rough area of town but room was clean and not musty. It fit my budget and I brought all my own soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The pool water looked clear but the bottom needed a pool vacuum. Staff was courteous.

I had a 4 night stay. You get what you pay for. Walking distance to Waffle House and Denny’s a plus. Good parking. However, they never cleaned the room. Over 4 days. Same sheets, same towels.

Not very helpful. Didn’t want to give me things missing and the room and I stayed over . They didn’t offer to clean my room. I had to ask for more tissue, towels and for my trash to be emptied. That never happened

The property was dirty and did not feel safe. The room was not cleaned completely. It suited what we needed it for which was to sleep for 6 hours and leave immediately, but I would not be back, nor would I recommend it for any sort of extended stay.

Friendliest and most attentive staff I have encountered outside a 5 star hotel. Nice variety of pillows from thin to thick and soft to firm. Very clean for the age. Great price and truly just the nicest staff. Rare find.
