I'm a tiny woman who travels all over for work. Well I don't expect any special treatment but if you see me dragging a great big suitcase you would normally put me on the first floor especially if you have no elevator. Second.. if I go to the front desk and let them know that my room stinks terribly bad and request that housekeeping comes the next day, you would think housekeeping would come and change the sheets and clean it thoroughly? No they did not. His solution was to put me in a room right next door that was just as equally stinky. The rooms were tiny as well as smelled like dirty feet and body odor. You can tell the majority of their business are road crews but if that's the kind of customers you have that you need to clean your hotel rooms thoroughly and maybe not give attitude when a little woman requests something to be done. I will never stay in this facility again

酒店回复: Hey Sorry for the inconvenience you had while walking upstairs 16 steps and we did not had the downstairs room when you checked in sorry we do not have elevator your room was neat and clean you had some smell issue we offered to spray odor eliminator and you said you gone do it yourself then next day you were given new room so there should be no point of writing bad review when your problems were solved right away. Property seems pretty new. Check in was a little slow, and they require a $40 security deposit. Room is clean and in good repair. Would appreciate a luggage rack, we're using a small table and the window seat for suitcases. Like that the floor is tile, not carpet.

Horrible customer service
The lady that checked me and my family was just horrible. I had my elder mother with me. My mom needed to use the restroom during check in, the employee told my mom the they didn’t have a working restroom! Then after getting a room, she gives us one upstairs, that’s when we found out that an hotel that has a second floor doesn’t have an elevator! We had to take the stairs and the staircase was hot as hell!

酒店回复: Hey Sorry for the inconvenience you and for not having elevator in this hotel because this hotel was built around 25 years ago at that time elevator was not mandatory in grand after law thing so we don’t have an elevator and we do have ventilation in the middle stairs and it’s only 16 steps to reach second floor bit if you have taken handicap room we do have available on bottom floor. For the guest bathroom might be out of serivce that is why front desk would have said not working. I talked the front desk she said you took the room downstairs so there was no point of saying anything about we don’t have elevator and all .

If you're looking for hospitality this is not the place! The only reason they were able to keep my business is i booked through a third party and wasnt able to get my money back. The night attendant was espically rude!

酒店回复: Hey Randy Sorry for the inconvenience you had but we not at the fault here when you booking the reservation through third party and it says we don’t take pets and if you try to fool us with fake emotional support Id saying emotional support serivce Animal also you were rude and started swearing then it is your fault not hotel or front desk checking in problem.

Accused of things that didn’t happen on this property. Threatened to be charged extra for dirty towels, because there was a little dirt on a towel they refused to believe it was dirt and was very sure it was food on the towel, I work in construction and accidentally got dirt on a towel, and it came clean. Didn’t receive my incidental deposit back. accused of cleaning food off the floor with their towels, didn’t even eat in the hotel…Management was unprofessional. Left my air on 68 so it would be cool when I came home from work. Got there my air was set back to 73. I stay out of town often and this was one of the least pleasant experiences I’ve had.

Staff were attentive and kind. I failed to indicate I was disabled and needed a first floor room, and the staff was quick to get my husband and I a first floor room.
The pool was great, very clean and relaxing. I would absolutely go back again.
Comfortable bed and very quiet.
