Took forever to check in no one at front desk ever, after checking in took even longer as they had to check if the room was ready then when I got to room room was 80° air conditioner was blowing hot air front desk brought me a fan I asked where the coffee tea maker was in room was told they don’t do that at their hotel even when I showed her pictures of her hotel stating The coffee and tea maker in room Wi-Fi did not work sinks slow to drain bed sheets dirty like previously slept in

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
The bathroom wasn't clean, the light flickered, air conditioner wasn't working right, and there were ants in the rooms. The pool was extremely cl3an but old, crqcked and chipped. The best thing about the stay was the pool.

Terrible!!
Dirty and the beds were hard. No refrigerator had to ask for one they didn’t know there wasn’t one in the room. Grass outside was knee tall. Our door to the room wouldn’t shut all the way, stains on the towels and no shampoo and conditioner or soap. Just a bad hotel.

Shady clientele, dirty room, bathroom light did not work, shower did not drain, thick dirt around the bottom of the shower, cigarette burn on bedspread, floors were sticky, hole in ceiling. Sign at the front desk, saying no refunds, no changing rooms. Ice machines didn’t work. The only thing that was in the room for toiletries was two bars of soap. When I told them about the room, they pointed to the sign and said there’s no changing rooms and there’s no refunds.

New ownership has work to do. Outdoor areas are overrun with weeds. Growing up through cracks in the parking lot. Only one room light worked (out of 4). Bathroom was missing frontal of sink countertop. No extra t-p. TV frequently lost channels and service. Many doors are scratched/marred.

The pictures shown do not represent what the location looks like. There were a lot of things that were misrepresented. I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the fact that the floors in the lobby areas hadn't been swept for a long time, hallways not vacuumed, the grasses were overgrown around it (lower shin height), and the elevator sounds like it's going to fail any minute, was a little off putting. If they are okay with allowing you to see the main areas in this condition, how do things look behind the scenes? Our room was clean and tidy, decent amenities, but still kind of made me weary if the main areas were so unkept. Also, my biggest complaint- at check in they announce your room number out loud in front of everyone, which to me is a safety issue. The lobby was very busy and that made me super uncomfortable. They advertise free coffee and had the sign hanging for it (we were looking for the coffee and said out loud "oh look it's advertised, it will probably be here in the morning"), but the next day when we went by, they had removed the whole sign-- like a canvas advertisement sign from corporate Motel 6. It was okay for the cost, but I probably would not stay here again.
