No one at desk at 4 pm. The clerk who finally arrived 10-15 minutes after being paged spoke almost no English and spoke so quietly she could hardly be heard.

Good for overnight maybe, but not a extended stay. The beds are very uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work properly and made a horrible noise. I will say tho the workers were nice upon arrival.

Took forever to check in no one at front desk ever, after checking in took even longer as they had to check if the room was ready then when I got to room room was 80° air conditioner was blowing hot air front desk brought me a fan I asked where the coffee tea maker was in room was told they don’t do that at their hotel even when I showed her pictures of her hotel stating The coffee and tea maker in room Wi-Fi did not work sinks slow to drain bed sheets dirty like previously slept in

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
The bathroom wasn't clean, the light flickered, air conditioner wasn't working right, and there were ants in the rooms. The pool was extremely cl3an but old, crqcked and chipped. The best thing about the stay was the pool.

Dirty and the beds were hard. No refrigerator had to ask for one they didn’t know there wasn’t one in the room. Grass outside was knee tall. Our door to the room wouldn’t shut all the way, stains on the towels and no shampoo and conditioner or soap. Just a bad hotel.
