Staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was clean, but noticed housekeeping does not clean and restock (maybe they are understaffed for the holidays). Window shades were electric and did not open (room was dark). My only real complaint is shower pressure extremely low and cold. If you attempt to fill the tub, it can take an hour and the water is luke warm.

The staff was not very accommodating. The blinds were broken I had to roll up the shades so I didn’t have to sit in the dark. My kids were a little playful but they wouldn't move us to accommodate us or the guest complaints because they said they would have to clean the room after us. So what? Do you wanna tell me that I’m expected to keep small children quiet but if we disturbed someone you refused to move us to not disturb one of your guest. Bath fixtures falling off with mold on them. Floors were not cleaned just swept and spot cleaned because there was old food. This hotel caters to traveling workers but we’re a traveling working family. They don’t like kids here.

A request for your room to be moved would not have solved the noise concern as there would have likely been other guests around you regardless of where your room was located. I checked in late night Thursday night 11/6/25 after driving down from northern Massachusetts, I was exhausted and sleepy. The young lady working the front desk was welcoming and friendly, she got my information and I quickly got my key. It was fast smooth and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I was gonna again just a few short hrs later and the same lady was at the desk with a friendly smile and good day wishes. I appreciate that!

Impossible to Connect to Internet. Remote of Tv not working properly and dirty
Personnal are sympathique except for the personal at breakfast.
