Over all the room was clean and bug free always a plus. The beds where hard but that a personal preference. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't make up the bedding or replace the towels. So if you would like these things done you just need to ask at desk. But it was comfortable enough and the staff were friendly.

Overall it was good for the most part. We were there for one night, and all we did was go back there to sleep. The only thing that bothered me was there was no staff in the lobby when I went to check in. I was in a hurry, and I had to chase down the hotel clerk. That and the key cards for the room were somewhat glitchy. We had to keep scanning them to open the door to our room. Outside of that, not a bad place for the short time we were there

This motel is very dated and has not been kept up. The condition of the outside is despicable The lady that checked us in was barely understandable. A very disappointing stay,

I was skeptical at first with all the negative reviews but honestly this place was great for what we needed if for. Went to a concert at Soaring Eagle, room was clean, staff was friendly at check in. Place is a little older with some signs of wear and tear but overall it was great for the night.

Noisy sewer cover in parking lot that was loud and audible in room every time someone drove over it. Also, could hear every car that drove past on the road!

Then at 10am in the morning, a man POUNDED on my door! I was just out of the shower, so I went to the door wrapped in a towel and tried to yell through the crack of the door. He did not hear me, and kept pounding on the door! Through the people I couldn’t really tell who it was except that it was a man. About 10 minutes later, a woman knocked on the door. Afraid, I did not open the door, because checkout was not until 11 AM. At 10:45, I was leaving the room, and the man and woman were just several feet from my door when I left, and they appeared to be a housekeeper, and possibly a manager of the hotel, and ask if I was leaving, and I said yes. They were very nice. But I was very scared when they were pounding on my door. The hotel did not provide do not disturb signs. But I feel that no one should’ve been pounding on my door before 11 AM checkout time! I was traveling alone, a female, in a strange area, and it made me afraid.

Very run down, the room was clearly previously smoked in, burn holes in the sheets and the mattress was badly stained. Didn’t see any bugs but definitely didn’t feel clean. Very close to soaring eagle waterpark, had good amenities around it but needs to be updated and cleaned better.
