Breakfast was decent. Hot tub was very nice. Room was very noce though tv was confusing as channel numbers were not correct. Safe location. Could use better signage on road as approaching from east.

The staff at the property were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom grout needs redone. Very unappealing seeing the black around the edges. The carpets could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was average, could improve on the coffee. Property was very quiet and not too far from the lake.

I complimented a receptionist on how homely the hotel is. It's just up the street from Lake Geneva not a long drive at all! For the price range, I really enjoyed my stay and like this hotel

They always have the cutest decorations for the holidays. ( We had to ask who does them so kudos to the manager). The whole lobby area makes it feel like a second home, with all the seating and the fireplace and tv in the lobby, and the firepit with the aiderondek chairs to enjoy outside, means your not just limited to your room.

It's the little things that make the difference. The iced lemon water, coffee and tea available.

The price was good for the area,however the property was showing wear and tear, our bathroom had blue shampoo or something dripped down the wall by the sink, cigarette burn in the curtains, stains on the carpeting. So it was adequate but not great. Also the pool was cold.
