Room was clean. Walls were thin and noise could be heard throughout the night. Bed sunk in the middle. TV remote was difficult to figure out and it was challenging to scroll channels

Sat night sunday morning fire alarm went off at approx 1am and then again at 4am. 4:30 am ghetto riff raff yelling and fighting outside my window

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean except for mold spots along the bottom of the shower curtain. Shower itself was clean and equipped with grab bars which were appreciated.

I had a room for 5 days and not once did anyone bring towels toilet paper or even make the beds lol they never even entered the room to check I don’t think, that’s terrible service

My boys attend CMU and we always stay here for convenience and the lovely hospitality we are given

The room was not the greatest the bathroom outlet didn’t work and could not use any of my hair styling tools because it didn’t work and manager didn’t take care of the issue properly will not stay here again

Water pressure in shower was very low. Tv kept pixelating and freezing while we were watching Michigan game. We were a little chilly so we turned the heater on but it smelled so bad we turned it off. It also looked like it was coming loose from the wall, we could see right through to outside.
