Staff there are great. Friendly, helpful. Room was ok. Side doors were not locked ay any time, night or day. Uncomfortable with that. Carpet in hallway in very bad shape. Coffee in room and at breakfast was pretty bad.

Parking was good, but there alarm went off the second, then the last night the people in the next room had there TV on so loud I couldn't sleep. Not a good experience at all.

Hotel was clean but with the road right next to the building very noisy all night. College town so kids around the area were drunk and noisy.

You get what you pay for. The whole hotel had a very strong chemical cleaning smell. One ancient elevator and it smelled terrible inside and worked very, very slowly. Ice machine on our floor did not work at all. One cup coffee pod in in the room so not even enough for 2 people. Fire alarm in hallway went off twice around 5 in the morning and woke up the entire group we were with. It kept going off long enough we really thought there was an emergency, then it stopped. Air conditioning in one of our rooms didn't work so had to get a new room. Front desk person was very nice and efficient, and the beds/pillows/shower were great, but I would never stay there again.

The smell from the cleaning solution was very strong/overpowering. The fire alarms went off twice through the early morning (2-5 am), making it for an unpleasant sleeping experience.

WE did not use laundry facilities, but I must give the night manager high praise for he was busy handling late arrivals, and fire alarms caused by people vaping in one room, He quickly silenced the alarm so that even my wife was not wakend by the alarm. I went to the lounge area very early to work and observed this first hand.

Dirty stained bedding, dirty stained carpets, dirty toilets. Luckily i had disenfectant and my own bedding. Lobby smells awful. And the very loud fire alarm went off at around 9am staff NOT trying to evacuate or let everyone know if it was ok. Just seemed like a regular problem there. Wont stay there again.

The room was fairly clean, as was the overall site. The breakfast food was limited, with few healthy options. The bed and linens were comfortable, the TV was small. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. But I found that this hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you.

Fire alarm went off twice at 4:20 & 5:30 AM. No fire. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Took a shower and left.
