Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival, clean and acceptable. Location was perfect, was visiting family that attends Central Michigan University, hotel was located right on campus, I was literally five minutes from everything.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Paid over $200.00 a night and our room was never cleaned!!! The bathroom just had a sink with no vanity. The shower appeared to be for handicap use. Small shower with huge seat in there. Disappointed in the bathroom .

We typically only provide housekeeping services after every third night that guests stay with us. However, I do apologize that this was not communicated more clearly with you during check in. Our records also indicate that you booked one of our handicapped accessible rooms, which does have a slightly different bathroom layout than our standard rooms. Additionally, our records indicate that the cost of your room should have been significantly less than $200 per night with the total cost of your room being under $300. If there are issues with your billing, I would reccomend reaching out to ******* directly to help resolve this issue. We do appreciate you staying with us and hope to see you back soon!

I stayed three days, and had breakfast on the 2nd morning. I believe that breakfast should be extended to 10-11 am. The mattress should be replaced because it was way too soft. A firmer mattress would be much better.

Not worth $150 a night
Bathroom sink backed up we had to move rooms. Buffet breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and frozen sausage everyday, muffins and bagels.

As you said we were indeed able to switch your rooms as soon as the situation was presented to the desk. We are also in the process of upgrading our breakfast with different options as well so that will help in the future. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future when everything is fully renovated!

I am beyond impressed with this facility and its staff. Shout out to Jack the attendant who secured a late checkout while I was visiting my daughter at the local university. He knew the importance of a mama being able to soak up every minute with her child and still getting rest. Every person I spoke with or crossed paths with said Hi and made me fell welcomed. The bed was more comfortable than my own 10/10 would stay here again.
