Room was great, the jet tub was awesome, my only complaint is that it smelled like ****, not sure if it was that room or if it came from another but i could smell it

There was no one manning the front desk when I went to check in around 5 pm. There were three other people in front of me waiting, and there was a posted sign that said someone would be back soon. I waited almost 30 minutes to get checked in.

Pillows had an odor, patches of long hair in the tub and spider webs on mirror nect to the window. This was the filthiest we have experienced

Always a good experience but this time the room smelled terribly like smoke. We were with another couple next door so didn't ask for a different room but would have if we were alone. I questioned whether all rooms were smoke free before booking and was told yes.
