员工和客服都很棒。然而，酒店环境太差，周边环境也不太安全，所以我们决定晚上就不住了。周边环境非常不安全，我们窗外的街道上有很多流浪汉。我们一进房间就看到一条警告，提醒大家锁好车门以防盗窃。酒店周围没有大门。卫生间的设施锈迹斑斑，摇摇欲坠，有些设施用大块的填缝剂固定在墙上。二楼的走道向下倾斜。酒店需要安装安全门，并且需要进行大量翻修。
