Super clean. Hand rails in tub/shower very helpful. Should be in all rooms as safety measure. Though bathroom spacious, bedroom a bit tight but adequate. Space for suitcase stand too narrow. Had to put suitcase in wheels first which made more difficulty getting into suitcase. TV when turned on automatically went to Spanish plus MAX volume. That was literally a SHOCK to our ears especially the first time. However we would stay again as overall comfortable. Thank you.

The young lady, at the desk was very friendly and tried to be helpful. We were short on pillows and she was told by additional staff that there would be none available for us. We asked for a couple of pillowcases and towels to make our own, but that was denied by the perceived powers. She tried to help us, but was continuously told no.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Not the fanciest, but comfortable and serviceable at the right price. Just right for me. Another positive factor was the courtesy and competence of the front desk staff, Cynthia and Angelina who were on shift change at the time I arrived.

This hotel is safe, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We always choose to stay here when we are traveling in this part of the country. Restaurants and gas are close and convenient also.

We always choose this property when traveling from CA to AZ for the holidays. Nice midpoint for us. Though we did miss the breakfast burritos that are no longer offered at breakfast. 😢😢😢

They falsely advertised as being a pet-friendly hotel. Only certain rooms are pet-friendly. When I went to check in, I was forced to make a second booking to secure a pet-friendly room, and there was no option to switch rooms or receive a refund from the front desk. I feel like I was a victim of a bait-and-switch scheme and was held hostage for more money.

我在这家酒店住了6天。酒店位于特哈查皮市郊，靠近铁路。因此有两个缺点：第一，所有配套设施都在城里；第二，火车声音听得很清楚。入住时的说明上写着，房间清洁和更换床单、毛巾是每3天一次。但实际上，直到我提出要求，才有人来打扫。而且打扫也很一般……我用完的沐浴露也没人补充。
