我简直无法形容我有多恶心，弗里波特的Baymont Inn & Suites酒店也太离谱了！我在床上发现了臭虫，他们竟然不给我退款，反而说可以把我换到隔4个房间的地方。他们说要等到早上才能退款。当时我根本就不想再住那儿了！我别无选择，只能开着灯，忍着臭虫睡了一晚，简直糟透了！结果早上起来，酒店居然因为我住了一晚没走，就拒绝给我退款。看看图片吧，那些恶心的臭虫就在那儿！

The hotel is in a state of decay...rooms are clean, but the hallways are very dirty. Staff are friendly, but the facility needs work, with some rooms being in such a state that they are closed.

Front desk was awesome. Somwhow refreshed my book page and booked me out to Dec. 4th. The front ladies guided me thru everything to change my booking date.

Hallways needed vacuuming. Was told two times the pool would be open by Saturday…that never happened. Poor internet connection. Bathroom ceiling was under construction. Was told I would get an email receipt from *******. Never got one.

Staff was great. Light in the bathroom took awhile to come on, need uncomfortable, curtains torn and didn’t close tight.

Had i not made my reservation ahead of time and saw the condition of the carpets first, I probably would have not checked in. If our room wasn't clean when we opened the room door, i would have left. It appears the hall/stair carpets have never been cleaned and/or vacuumed rarely. My first impression was not a good one.
