Hallway smelled like a backed up sewer. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty. Loud street noise. Breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold and we were there when it was first served.

Underneath the air conditioner was all wet on the carpet and it had a weird smell like someone had just come out of the pool or something in there not a clean smell like a musky smell. Is it still hairs in it around the sink and bathtub drain slow so I was really looking forward to a bath but unfortunately, I did not bathe in there. I only could shower because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of it. Staff was very nice and I was put right by the back door everybody’s in and out by in and out in out so that was unfortunate.

We were in town for our son's USMC graduation and chose to stay here. It was busy, so there's was a little wait and confusion when we arrived. But the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and and spacious. We would definitely come back to this place.

I was there for 9 days. Never got bedsheets change or floor vacuum. Trash was emptied everyday and fresh towels. I even requested the changing of sheets. The pool was very cloudy. Hardly any hot water and no water pressure on 2 nd floor. I was definitely disappointed with this stay as I have stay at other Fairfield’s that was a lot better.

Triple charges, wet carpet, moldy curtains
We checked in late Friday. The attendant did not know how to post the ********* pmt that I made a few weeks earlier. He had me run my credit card 2x. So I paid a total of 3 times. We were assigned a room with a soaked floor from a leaking ac. It had mold on the curtains. I asked for a new room. The attendant did not know how to issue a key to get us into a new room. The next morning we were assigned a new room. 1 credit was issued. Today 7 days later I am still trying to get credit for the remaining double charge. I have asked in person, called 3-4 times and emailed 2 x. I have been kind and patient. It grieves me to post theses photos and share this review. Note: The cleaning people and breakfast lady were kind during our stay and the 2nd room was cleaner.

This was a real life hotel from hell experience. My initial room had red stains on the rug, hair everywhere and a roach. I asked for a second room then get in there to one towel. Asked for more towels and the guy slides it across the dirty counter instead of putting it in my hand. I asked for another towel and he complains about low towels in the hotel and after handing me the next towel complained that they now have no towels. Ok w.e. i had the pne br suite with the pull out couch. There were no blankets, sheets or pillows for the pull out. I was given the decorative portion they put ontop of the bed instead of an actual blanket. I ended up asking for the key to the previous room to grab a blanket and pillows for my toddler like i worked there. Just all around terrible experience.

The pool had a green tint. My bed was wet and had a mildew smell. They did get me another room at 11:30 pm. The room was hot took above 45 mins to cool off. Teenagers were running the hallway
