We were there for the Parris Island boot camp graduation. I booked a king bed. Handicap accessible room with roll in shower. My husband is a combat veteran with bilateral leg amputations. When we checked on we were told there was only one more handicapped room and it was taken. The room we got was ok. It would have been better if my husband could have a shower. We would hope , at least, we could get a refund for the difference we paid.

The beds and pullout were uncomfortable and we all woke up with back pain. The sink and tub would not drain properly, which made showering and such difficult. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. Breakfast was tasty (wish there was another waffle maker). Gentleman at the front desk was friendly, informative and quick.

Breakfast was simple but great! The room could use some updating and the mirror in the hall was broken when we arrived. But overall a good value for our needs.

There was a huge towel issue. One of the days housekeeping wasnt suppose to clean the room, they came in our rooms only to take any dirty towels. They did nothing else. We also were told in am no towels were available, we had no bath towels in the room, we were given ‘pool’ towels
The lady taking care of the breakfast room, looked like her daughter was there both of our days, she was rude butting in while we were trying to get our breakfast. I understand she had had babysitting issues but the girl should not be helping herself to food with paying guests!

The room had a nasty smell to it, the carpet was filthy, we saw a roach in bathroom and were getting bitten up to point where we did not even stay for the last night we had to find somewhere else

Hallway smelled like a backed up sewer. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty. Loud street noise. Breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold and we were there when it was first served.
