The staff at this property were very accommodating and attentive to my family’s needs during our Thanksgiving stay. Property was very nice, well maintained and quiet and private. Everyone had a wonderful time. It’s great to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Special thanks to Chad!

Excellent place to stay
The place is little old but is in great condition, convenient and super clean plus it’s affordable. It deserves ten stars.

The property was well kept and the folks managing it seemed very nice. We had to change rooms after the first night due to a mix up with *******, which was only a slight aggravation. The condo was nice sized and very clean and my kids really liked it. The beds were comfy and my son enjoyed sleeping on the Murphy bed. They have nice pools and tennis / pickle ball courts and put put as well as a nice laundry facility. Overall our room was pleasant close to everything. The beach is only 2 blocks, but during the time we were there it was not really safe to walk it with children due to the heavy traffic. But there are plenty of access points with public parking areas, so we drove to the beach to be safe. Overall we enjoyed the Sea Scape and would stay again given the opportunity.

Fabulous little place! Has pools ourside and 1 inside with a hot tub. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the beach was a bit of a walk at 2.5 blocks. And you had to cross 4 lanes of bust traffic during the day. At night it was not an issue as much. I think there needs to a crosswalk put in to help with crossing the road safely.

Great for families
We really enjoyed the two apartment combo. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and it was easy to fit everyone. The murphy bed was a little hard but the girls didnt complain. I took a nap on it and my back protested. The pools were the main attraction for us but there were so many other things to do there!

Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit all of the outer banks. It's right in the middle. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to the sand dunes. Close to all the Duck shops in the other direction. Close to the Wright Brothers memorial if you like history. Activities on sight and everywhere around. Things to do inside if it rains.
