酒店回复: Hello and thank you for your comments, we do appreciate them. The seasonal pool does not officially open until Memorial Day which is May 26th. We are currently in the process of obtaining all the government permits and licenses. The shower drains are a pop-up design push down to close and push again to open. If at any time you have an issue, please contact the front desk so they can send a member of the maintenance team to assist you. We look forward to seeing you again.

酒店回复: I apologize that you found the ice machine to be loud, we have taken noise into consideration when its location was selected. We place the machine in its own compartment surrounded by 3 walls to lessen the sound. It would be helpful if the equipment was designed by the manufacturer to operate quieter but unfortunately the sound produced by the ice machine is out of our control. We appreicate your comments and we look forward to seeing you again.

房间非常大，钱太热情，位置好，早餐服务好，也很丰盛
房间宽敞干净，但早餐实在太令人失望了。只有炒鸡蛋和一些甜点。餐盘补给不及时，如果你不去得早，就可能没早餐吃了。
我一直很喜欢住Best Western Plus，不过有一个缺点，就是每次有人关门的时候，你都会在房间里听到声音，所以你会很早醒来。嗯，这很烦人，这意味着你早上7点就会被吵醒，除非你是那种睡得很沉的人。还好我本来就起得早。

早餐也挺好的，唯一的问题是他们做的量总是刚刚够，有时不得不回去再做一些菜品。而且，负责早餐区域的那位先生和女士，表现得好像这些食物是他们自己花钱买的一样，有时会站在那里盯着你……真是的，让人没法放松。
酒店很干净，员工服务也很好。唯一的问题是有些其他住客不太礼貌。我整晚都听到噪音。房门不注意的话会很容易砰地关上。如果走廊上有人大声说话，也很容易听到。如果再住这里，我只会选择住5楼，因为那里套房少，会安静很多。
我们在这里住得很开心！下次来一定要去泳池游泳！服务很棒！早餐也很好吃！如果再来这个地区，我们一定会再选择这里！
本来是冲着游泳池去的，可惜没有开放，房间淋浴盆的下水塞子坏了，经过长期交涉才帮我们修。好的价格比较低，比较实惠。
