The room wasn't clean when I showed up. Food was spilled on the fridge, dirt was all over the floor, and there was hair in the shower. People were drunk in the hall, walking up and down screaming at 2 AM with liquor bottles in their hands. I also ran into people smoking pot outside the building.

The room needs updating. Carpet coming up, toilet paper holder broken, toilet seat broken. Bed was clean and certainly was a room to stay a night in mediocre. It says it a boutique hotel but that’s a stretch. Pictures online make the lobby look so cool but in reality not so much. If someone has any type of scent allergies you cannot stay here. The hallway is so highly fragranced it’s overpowering. Outside of the building looks like it’s been recently sided. Lamp post in parking lot area looks like it was hit and just laying in the median of the parking lot. Front desk gentleman was polite and helpful. Overall meh. For $50-$60 more you could stay at another location like the Hilton garden that is far superior.

I booked a non smoking room but room smelled as if someone had smoked an entire pack inside. I literally struggled to breathe as I’ve had asthma issues. I asked if they could change me to another room as I couldn’t breathe properly of how bad it smelled and they told me to turn on the AC (which was already on) and leave the door open and that the smell would go away and that rooms were all full so they couldn’t change me. I then asked if I could get my money refunded and they wanted me to jump over hoops and a bunch of stuff to get the money back so I left to another hotel to stay for the night and lost my money. Worse experience ever!

This hotel was in bad shape overall, and the room was old, worn out, and not that clean. It is hard to clean a decrepit place, so I am not critical of the cleaning staff.

Hotel was poorly staffed making check in difficult. Appears manager didn’t properly staff hotel when employees were ill. Room was not very clean. Broken lights in parking lot.

Room dirty.furniture with broken/missing handles. Terrible smell in dark dank hallways bags of refuse lining hallways. Sheets were on bed in wrong manner (top sheet on sideways) when trying to fix we saw the mattress was dirty with what looked like possible bugs and/or residue . Food (popcorn kernels) stuck in mattress crevice . All this was pointed out to management including showing him the photos. His response was that the sheets covered the mattress implying there was no issue. We could not spend the night and lost the room fee of 245.00. Totally unacceptable conditions
