my third floor room had no hot water and the place flooded with sketchy people. looks more like a half house then a hotel. smh never ever in history will I go back to this hotel!!

I booked a room at ghus hotel because it was a non smoking hotel and i have environmental allergies. The room smelled like cigarrette smoke and when i reported it, my options were take 10% off or checkout. There was also an issue with the plumbing. I don't think I will ho back. The bed was comfortable though and I bought air sanitizer for the smell..

For one the room kitchen was not stocked no cooking utensils no plates nothing also the room had bugs I called and was to get a refund and that never happened so to be happy with this place not at all I will never book here again

Pest control did a thorough evaluation of your room and was cleared with no sign of any harmful bugs and also not even an ant.
