房间卫生整洁、空调温度稳定、热水系统稳定，早餐丰盛、酒店交通非常方便。是理想的办事住宿好地点，以后还会再住。
房间不打扫，烟味很大，换了房间还是有烟味，而且有弹头在墙上，很不安全，我们提前三天退了房间，但店家态度恶劣不给退费，不良商家！呼吁大家谨慎入住。
服务态度是住过最差的，酒店名字也标错了，实际叫 Sonesta。房间设施陈旧，淋浴器漏水，咖啡机空着，没有咖啡包和瓶装水。我们预订时包含早餐，但现场根本没提供，早餐区关闭了。我要求退款！
我遇到的每个人都很友好也很乐于助人。房间非常干净。下次再来的时候，我肯定还会住在这里。
广告上说有欧式早餐，结果啥也没有。我们订的是套房，但他们竟然连折叠沙发床的毯子都提供不了。房间明明两点就准备好了，却非得让我们在大堂等到三点才能办理入住。车子还被砸了。当我去找前台告知情况时，前台服务员却不见踪影。让保洁阿姨帮忙找才发现她好像在后面睡着了。她对车子被砸的事情一点也不关心。电子门卡也很烂，我得下去重新激活三次。床单和枕套上还有污渍。
我们每次入住时房间都会出问题，这耽误了我们后续的行程。本来还说包含早餐，结果却不含。房间隔音也很差，外面大声喧哗的声音听得一清二楚。
这家酒店很差劲，位置也不好，服务态度也很糟糕，以后再也不会订了。
酒店比较老，设施较为陈旧，地理位置优越，靠近中国城，早餐还OK
空调机声音好大
外观不错，但有几个方面不好，我预订了一间有 2 个房间的套房，到达后他们告诉我他们没有那种类型的房间（虚假广告），他们说有早餐，但没有，电梯也不能使用。
当我认领我预订的房间时，他们否认了这一说法，并解释说错误是 ******* 造成的，而我正是在 ******* 进行预订的。
我不会再住在这里
