Poor service
Experience was terrible from the start. We were assigned 2 floor room clear on the opposite end from the elevator. Our reservation clearly stated that my father has trouble walking stairs and distance. When I walked in the elevator it smelled badly and set my asthma off. My father would not have tolerated it at all. I asked to be moved to the 1 st floor and told the check in person why. The new room checked out at quick glance. I went back to the front desk for additional towels and rent a cot. I was given the towels and was made to assist the check in person with moving the cot from the stage room to our room. Helped him with it down a set stairs. He picked up a cloth that had fell then left me to continue with cot to our room. I went to plug my CPAP machine and discovered a fire hazard. Not to mention the cord for lamps between the beds was too short to reach either wall outlet. I ended up buying a surge protector to plug both of them in. Oh lets not forget the mold and rust in the bathroom
