This was my second stay and both times were difficult. In the first instance I left $250 worth of clothes in room and manager said he would mail them but he never did. When I stopped at property they said they had no lost and found.
The second stay I informed manager on check-in that I could not stay the 4th night. He said clearly it was up to *******. ******* called him and we’re told he would refund 4th night. It is in the hotel notes. ******* was great in response and advocating for partial refund. The manager was in fact responsible for giving permission for refund. He refused. I have family in that area. I visit 6-10 times annually. Often other family will stay at same hotel as me. NO MORE. TWICE IS NOT A RAMDOM MISFORTUNE. ITS A DESPICABLE PATTERN of poor service. I would never recommend this low quality hotel.

If your looking for somewhere to stop by to enjoy the Fall activities I would definitely recommend the hotel. Its fairly priced. The breakfast ends pretty early so I never got to eat it but other than that McDonald’s is right across the street and there are two ither great Finer options very close by.

Staff at front counter - Indian - were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Slow to check in took about 10 min all the while holding my card and license unnecessarily. Can’t understand how a prebooked room online though ******* should take ten minutes at 10pm at night to check in?? Just felt like a lot of unnecessary waiting and no friendly banter to help justify it was just him punching keys and looking at his screen. Sort of u comfortable like “what are you doing holding my credit card for so long?” Run it and give it back. Creepy

We will not be staying again due to refundable fee of $100. We were told at checkout this would not be refunded for 5-7 days. Our money is tied up for almost a week. Ridiculous.
Also, trying to manage the room temperature was challenging.

Satisfied Again and Again
Warm and friendly Staff and the guests are always warm and friendly too. There are always families here and different small events so you can rest easy but feel apart of the town during your stay.

Restful Weekend
I went for a mental- health/ birthday wkend. I had the most peaceful and relaxing wkend. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The whole hotel was prestine. And the pool was beautiful and clean. I will be staying here next year and for years to come

对我们来说，酒店的位置很棒！房间干净，床和枕头都非常舒服。服务总体来说非常好，唯一的例外是入住时前台的那位先生。他一点都不友好，感觉我们打扰了他。早餐是标准的酒店早餐：炒蛋、速溶鸡蛋、香肠或培根，以及可以自己做的华夫饼。还有咖啡、多种果汁、贝果和独立包装的甜点。早餐不错，而且很方便快捷。
我们楼层的无线网络（WIFI）太糟糕了！在当今时代，这是完全不能接受的！最后我只好用早餐区旁边的电脑安排返程航班！
酒店建筑有点旧了，但看到有施工，也许他们正在翻新。浴室没有排风扇，也没有毛巾架。不幸的是，看起来人们一直在用浴帘杆挂毛巾，因为它已经向下倾斜了，你真的需要调整一下才能避免地板被弄湿。浴室里没有为行动不便者设计的扶手。进出那个湿滑的浴缸很困难。我们马桶水箱漏水，需要经常重新蓄水。最后，暖通空调（HVAC）效果不错，但也挺吵的。但如果你经常旅行，这种情况还挺常见的。
额外提一点。我们决定不需要租车，而是使用Lyft/Uber。这很方便，但附近很少有车。所以我们确保预留了充足的叫车时间。
考虑到它的位置以及它符合这个星级酒店的普遍水平，我还会再次入住。
我们进来的时候前台没人。卫生纸只有两卷，只剩一半了。我们得去前台要替换的。除非你主动要求，否则他们不会打扫房间。所以，如果他们不打扫，应该会提供额外的卫生纸卷，不用我们去前台。窗户上只有剪刀。厚重的窗帘遮不住窗户。我们用带夹子的衣架，希望能保持一定的隐私。没有吹风机。电梯自2024年5月起就没有检查过了。其中一位服务员说话很难听懂，而且语速很快。
