Things guaranteed in reservation were not available. I had to agree to mandatory “room service” daily before given a key - I was unable to opt out and did not feel safe leaving anything in my room. I will not stay here again Disappointed in Windham

They over charge and feel like they be scamming people for extra ! And I saw roaches and smelled mold. If you are on your time of the month don’t come her because they will charge you if you have a heavy cycle basically. Staff don’t know what they be talking about , one say one thing and the other one says another. Will not be back & the staff was laying out when I was trying to go home.

酒店回复: Dear guest, we had pest control check your room but no roaches were found. We do not charge anything extra unless damaged beyond use or is a bio hazard. Sorry to hear about the negative experience.

Staff sound be charged with breaking in and entering. I'm sure they do it alot, we'll this time they were caught and I refuse to just let this go because This type of behavior needs to be stopped and I'm going to to help make that happen!

Want "no" peace? Then this isn't your best option. Want to leave unrested, ripped off, or disappointed?? Then I'm sorry, this isn't a good choice for you. This hotel is the best bang for your buck in Houston & may beat the Hotels with Triple the price. The Washer/Dryer & soda/snack machines all WORK & free coffee almost ALL DAY! The Smart TVs allow for Movies through internet apps & cable as well. The maids are cheerful to either leave you to a nap or clean & restock your room! Does a person need paying $200 a night (and I have!) somewhere else to sip tea at the dining room or have a mint set so geeky like on your pillows?

Good locality, you get what you pay for really. Close to the nightlife restaurants etc. Clean, everything worked and was workable. Staff were polite enough and offered help with the local events on when we stayed. Old fashioned decor, but if you're only sleeping in it, who cares! Wifi worked well.
