My husband and I stayed at the Westin Hotel during the Breezy Bowl concert Weekend, and it was a wonderful experience! From the valet team to the front desk and housekeeping, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect—right across from the stadium, which made it super convenient for the concert I attended. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. I had a really good time and would definitely recommend it to others!

The check in process was horrendous. Due to an event several roads were blocked, which was understandable. The problem lies with calling the hotel on 3 different occasions and getting 3 different sets of information on how to get to the hotel/ park/ check in. One one occasion they even told us a manager would come out to speak to parking attendants about or reservation, but no one ever came. This process took over an hour and a half.
No attempts were made to rectify this situation. I was only told ‘there is nothing we can do’ and ‘idk why they told you that’. Thanks

Upon my early arrival, i was greeted promptly with a smile from guest services. I was allowed without question to check into my room a few hours early even though they were extremely busy due to a famous artists concert being held across the street that day at the stadium. Lobby was beautiful. Elevators were clean. My room was lovely with 2 clean, beds. Bathroom stocked and clean. Every Westin staff member i encountered was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is across the street from Protective Stadium .(Literally 2 minute walk to South Entrance) Multiple restaurants to choose from if you're hungry or thirsty. I did not valet park. I would definitely stay here again.
