room was clean, except for the huge stain on the carpet. I would much rather have a microwave, rather than a safe. Shower was perfect for our needs.

They were really busy so the 4pm check in time wasn't possible for a lot of people. The front desk team seemed aggravated due to back ups and housekeeping not being faster. I wasn't impressed with the communication between housekeeping and the front desk.

GROSS!
Check in was great!! Very busy day at hotel since there was a concert there that night. They made check in as quick as possible and the valet was as well. We got to the room and it was a different story. A bottle cap was on the floor in the bathroom, some random hairs on the bathroom floor and then empty bottles under the bed. Yes we were all a little grossed out but with on a very limited time frame for a scheduled event finding another hotel wasn’t an option. I also opened the closet to find the stand for my suitcase and the closet door almost fell off the hinges, I caught it very quickly and lifted to close it securely. I also walked though the room with wet feet due to forgetting some and stepped back into the bathroom floor leaving dirty foot prints right behind me……good lord clean the carpets!!!
