Adjusting your reservation with the hotel directly put your booking at risk of being invalid and invalidating your credit card guarantee. We are terribly sorry this was your experience. We would have been able to honor your reservation at the 3pm check in time, however your early arrival of 11:45am did not allow us the proper time to accommodate you and we are so sorry that waiting to check in was an unacceptable solution. Your reservation was never at risk of being charged for the upgrade and your original booking about for the dates you had booked was honored.

不过，大堂很不错。楼梯很漂亮。它显然位于一栋外观优美的历史建筑里。而且步行就能到一家名为“Knead to Eat”的咖啡馆。它离Nexus中心也很近，非常方便。

Beautiful Hotel but short staffed
This is a gorgeous old building. The hotel itself is great. It seemed like they were very short staffed, especially in the restaurant where one person was both cooking and waiting tables. Also there is no free wifi, even for guests.

This is a beautiful old style hotel! The renovations that were done were exquisite and we enjoyed our stay very much we booked a corner room which was very spacious with great amenities..we liked the easy parkng and accessibility. Do not hesitate to book a stay at this “back in time “ gem!!!

The alarm clock went off before 6 in the morning in my room. That piss me of. Could not fall back to sleep after that.

小城里比较好的酒店了，房间宽敞明亮，视野好，停车方便还免费。晚上十点后大堂门刷卡才能进入，不过我试了几次一直打不开，最后让家人下来从里面打开才能进去，另外本来含的早餐九点下去都没了，不知何故！
各项还不错，就是没有正常早餐，只有2种面包，其他都没有
房间非常干净，而且超级大。
前台的工作人员都非常好！

糟糕的客户服务
抵达前一周多打电话更改入住日期，被告知一切就绪。抵达前两天再次打电话确认，再次被告知一切就绪。当天早上离开后才收到入住邮件。
抵达酒店后，他们告诉我我的房间已空（因为那里有一支参加冰球锦标赛的队伍），我第一晚无法入住，不得不带着我7岁的孩子和所有行李步行到另一家酒店。
没有提供任何补偿，只是“升级”了房间，还试图额外收费。
最糟糕的酒店体验。

我一进房间就闻到一股怪味。直到第二天早上我才发现。微波炉里还残留着上一位客人留下的剩菜。显然，我入住前房间没有彻底打扫干净。
电话坏了。我用手机给前台打电话，但没人接。如果你需要什么，就得亲自下楼去问。
这栋楼真的很老了。这是我十年来住过的最差的酒店之一。
