The room was odd. All the lights had to be turned on to go to bathroom. The batteries had to be changed in the remote control. When something was needed for breakfast, I was told to tell the workers doing breakfast from the front desk. I thought service and the room would be better. Location was great! The night front desk was great.

Staff was great, very helpful and informative. Parking wasn't a big deal. The City of Boulder has free parking on the weekends and most holidays.

Staff was mostly nice and helpful, rooms were fine and looked clean enough. Definitely spacious. The breakfast was gross. Dirty and never filled up when things ran out. I had to ask a number of times for more hot water and more bagels and fruit etc. overall for the price I would stay again but I wouldn’t plan on eating the breakfast there. Really gross.

The walls were thin and the place was no updated and behind the times. Shower and sinks did not drain well at all! We stay in a lot of Hyatts this was by far the worst.

Nice hotel right on Pearl street. Convenient to all neighboring areas. The RTD Bus stop IS RIGHT BEHIND the hotel. So, there are some "unsavory" characters around there. BUT it is safe and the parking garage is secure.

I thought it was a fantastic property and the staff was very helpful! I only wish the mattresses were softer, but I understand that’s a personal preference. I do appreciate that they had gluten free options available and even had a sign letting me know what I could eat. Everything was clean too.

Had to switch rooms because the tv wasn’t working. The room I switched to had stains on the bed. Unclean and uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is clean and staff nice. The breakfast,which is included was decent. Very affordable. The only downside would be that the room doors are very loud and woke me every morning and it’s a 40 minute walk from main part of Pearl St
