I would definitely classify my stay as average. It was a place to sleep for one night and it did the job. We ended up not utilizing free breakfast, so I can't speak on that, but the coffee was very watery and not great. The room was good; the bathroom was a little dirty and the bed was kind of hard. It wasn't bad though. Just good to keep in mind that this hotel is pretty below average for a Hyatt, but average it appears in terms of the hotels in the Boulder area.

Plenty of space in room but outdated. Lack of electrical plugs, lighting and water pressure in room not good. Air conditioning worked very good. No ice machine on our floor. Poor availability for food other than the breakfast. Parking garage shouldn't be an extra fee!!!

This is NOT near popular Pearl St!!!!
It says hotels by Pearl Street. It is not anywhere near the shopping “popular” Pearl St. this is a 35-40min walk. Don’t be confused by this.

Great staff. However, I was disappointed in your "happy hour". It's misleading to say happy hour when only mixed drinks are included. Never heard of that. I felt I was ripped off when I got the bill for the wine I drank. Also, how do you have a mixed drink happy hour, when you don't have vodka? Send someone to Safeway. It's not hard.

They don't tell you that you have to pay for the parking 25 bucks per night until you get there..or park on the street, which is hard to find. Why not just simply put this info for people who look at your hotel page, so we know what to expect.
