Everything was pretty good. My only complaint is that we had a few ants in the bathroom. I didn't complain about it because they were only in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Did not use WiFi , oil or eat breakfast. Room was clean along with lobby, and dining area. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This has become my go-to hotel on the east side of Birmingham due to its proximity to music venues. My room has always been very clean and comfortable, with an accommodating staff and reasonable rates

Hotel inside needs remodeling, carpet dirty in halls, first room carpet was wet and room smelled, moved to another room which had no carpet but room really smelled mildewed and bleach, chair was filthy. The tub did not drain well. 6” of water while trying to shower. The building is not kept up. Outside was fine. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

抵达酒店后，从停车场就能看出酒店一半都在施工。办理入住手续时，工作人员态度还算友好。然而，当我们到达预定的房间时，发现房门大开着，无需房卡，这很不寻常。房间的地毯非常脏，而且由于门底通往走廊的缝隙很大，房间里有很多不同的虫子。仅仅一晚，我就亲眼看到了至少六种不同的虫子。我本来打算退房时投诉，但前台无人值守。正常退房时间，他们只提供钥匙投递箱。以后绝不会再入住这家酒店。
我觉得房间的维护质量很差。毯子看起来像是被烧过，墙壁上有划痕和磨损，床单好像很久没换了，毛巾、枕套和床罩上都有污渍，两张床的床单上都有同样的头发，女儿醒来发现身上有被咬的痕迹，镜子状况很差，女儿的床上也没有镜子，床单和枕套上都有疑似血迹。总之，感觉就像睡在别人睡过又重新铺好的床上。我们穿着衣服就睡了。
房间很陈旧，但大部分还算干净。我可以提前入住，这算是个优点，但实际上我只住了不到24小时，如果时间更长，我肯定会选择更好的酒店。房间里有股陈旧的味道，我不得不喷点消毒液来稍微去除一下异味。我只推荐这家酒店，如果你只打算住一晚，而且想要一家价格合理的酒店的话。
