Horrible customer service
I made the reservation at 11:15 PM Chicago time. I got my car to drive down to St. Louis arrive there around 5 AM. I wanted to sleep for about five hours before I had my doctors appointment in St. Louis. When I arrived the person at the reception desk told me she canceled my reservation and would not give me my room. I begged her pleaded with her to give me my room so that I could sleep. She refused. I’ve traveled for many years and never had an experience like this. This person made me sleep in my car outside.
If this were my business this person would be fired. And I should be refunded for this trip.

Overall, this was an okay stay but i've stayed at better Choice Hotels. This location was rather run-down. The floors in the hallway and lights give super scary vibes. Stains on the carpets, broken door knobs for staff rooms that just look sketchy. Our room however, was accommodating except we had no hot water for our shower. When we told the night concierge, she told us they needed to reset the hot water heater, which sounded like a lame excuse. We were told to wait 30-60 minutes instead of being moved to a new room like we requested. Waiting wasn't an option, so I folded and took a cold shower. We were later moved into the next room, where the quality of the room (the bathroom) was not the same. The bathrooms were uncomfortably small. The staff did not speak to us in the hallway either. Just not friendly.

This place has seen better days. It's huge. Hallways are dark. Carpet is dirty and gross in the halls and in my room. I felt like I was in The Shining. No service whatsoever at the front desk.

I was in town for the Chris Brown concert with my sister & friend. Overall our stay was great! the staff were super friendly & accommodating. Being from Minnesota and our first time in Saint Louis, they recommend some great places to eat & local attractions. The room was very clean, everything worked great! No issues at all. I would definitely stay again if i were to go back to Saint Louis. The breakfast was absolutely great! belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, fruit, apple/orange juice, ice water, fresh hot coffee, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, etc . COMPLIMENTARY!

We stayed for the weekend, the second day our key cards Stopped working and we couldn't enter our room! There was Absolutely NO Breakfast at All any day! It reeked of **** in the hallways, and rude kids and teenagers were roaming the hallways.. Definitely Not staying here again!

There were ants all over our room. The were on the tables, in the garbage can and in our bed. We could barely get any sleep the last night we stayed there because of the ants. We reported to the front desk, but the situation was not addressed. The carpets were dirty throughout the entire hotel and there was a consistent, funky odor
