Had to finish whipping out refrigerator. Love the dark floors BUT, they still need to be cleaned my white socks!! Sink area I whipped down and!! I have cleaned rooms for a hotel before and I know what should be done! We also learned what & how to clean to inspections.

Doesn’t look like behind bathroom door been cleaned in years..your starring right at it when using toilet. The one time we tried/looked for Light breakfast not there.. Room floor so dirty you had to wipe feet before putting socks on. Blanket so light thought we had 2 sheets. Came back one night room reeked of pot, garbage can was emptied and fresh towels for room. Bed was not made and again floors were not swept. While cleaning (lol) they apparently left the door open and bees were in our room when we returned. There were numerous bees nest in the lamps outside the rooms.
Sidewalks from parking lot to building in rear hazardous amateur safety hazardous jokes…
I could go on and on.. This from a career as a NY State Building Manager with 20 years of running/keeping clean and safe multiple million square foot office buildings with 2200 to 3000 tenants each building
No pictures were taken as I’m sure nothing will come of this survey except we will never stay in another Days Inn!

The bed was comfortable but the springs let your neighbors know your every move. Needs some maintenance on miner things. Noisy, too close to highway.

The beds were just a creak fest. The worst ever. Breakfast was a joke. The juice was out. There was nothing to take except 2 granola bars.

I did not like the room. It was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed linen did not feel or looked clean. The bed linen looked wrinkled as if the bed was made without the linen being changed. The window in the room was dirty. We had to buy room deodorizer to spray the room and cleaning supplies to clean the television screen which had particles stuck to the screen, the window also was wiped clean. they had a rug on the walkway which looked liked it had not been swept or vacuumed in a while. Was unable to fall asleep because I kept on scratching because I was itching all night. The staging photo looks nothing like what I walked into. This photo is completely misleading. I have stayed at Hiton's and Marriotts hotels and spent way less and were much better than this facility.

我要求全额退款。我的房间简直脏得令人作呕。当我向前台索要清洁用品时，他们竟然说没有。房间里有虫子飞来飞去，卫生间很脏，墙壁也很恶心。我的孩子们住得非常不舒服。
房间据说是无烟的，工作人员也要求客人不要在房间里吸烟，但退房时发现房间里弥漫着难闻的气味，好像有人已经抽了一个星期的烟。我们要求换房，他们给了我们另一间；这间虽然没有异味，但很脏。床单、毛巾和浴室都很脏。我真不推荐这家酒店。
