everything was good except the heater in our room: it's strong and warm, but it won't stop getting warmer and warmer once reached the set temperature, so we had to get up and manually shut the whole system off if we didn't want to room to become 80+ degrees. But then we had to get up and turn it back on again when the temp dropped too low in the middle of night ...so...the whole night was sleepless :(

Room was not clean. Boogers on bathroom wall, candle wax on headboard. Fan in bathroom was too loud to use.

这是我人生中最糟糕的经历，我经常旅行，但从没见过这样的酒店。厕所坏了，床单很脏，窗户也是坏的。图片上看起来很好，但到达后简直震惊了。完全没有客户服务。酒店正在施工，但没有人愿意提供帮助，你只能使用楼下员工的洗手间，那地方简直恶心。我拍了视频，但这里不允许上传。总之，一切都不能用，简直是惊恐的红色警报！
不提供早餐，大堂甚至连咖啡都没有。所有房间都没有地毯。房间回声很大，感觉就像在医院一样。
