Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was lovely

People at the front desk are friendly, but the room was really dirty. There was hair and dirty spots on the floor. The base of the toilet was dusty and there were water stains everywhere. Definitely needs better cleaning staff.

Clean & comfortable. Janet, at the front desk, was very polite & accomadating. She gave me a room near the exit, as i require the use of a cane, and she made it quick & easy when it was necessary to extend my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay
这是我人生中最糟糕的经历，我经常旅行，但从没见过这样的酒店。厕所坏了，床单很脏，窗户也是坏的。图片上看起来很好，但到达后简直震惊了。完全没有客户服务。酒店正在施工，但没有人愿意提供帮助，你只能使用楼下员工的洗手间，那地方简直恶心。我拍了视频，但这里不允许上传。总之，一切都不能用，简直是惊恐的红色警报！
不提供早餐，大堂甚至连咖啡都没有。所有房间都没有地毯。房间回声很大，感觉就像在医院一样。
到的时候已经很晚了，前台服务员非常热情，为我们的到来做好了准备，入住手续办理快捷方便，虽然没有电梯，但我们已经安排好了，房间干净舒适，安静，没有什么可要求的了
灯没用，灯泡烧坏了，其他都还好，床很难睡，也不软。当你睡觉的时候，你会感觉到泉水，这就是为什么你会觉得休息得很好。他们早上只提供咖啡，而且你要付 115 美元的房费，因为他们不提供早餐。那里什么也不给。
