I've never been treated so rudely. The front desk staff were nearly impossible to contact, and when I was able to connect with them they were curt with me and then ignored me.
You couldn't pay me to stay here.

STAFF WAS GOOD LOCATION NOT GREAT,BED UNCOMFORTABLE,NO BREAKFAST,PAINT IN ROOM PEALING.GAVE US KEYS TO A ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEAN YET.THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM.PRICE TO HIGH FOR THE AREA.HOTEL HAD ROOMS ACROSS THE PARKING LOT WITH TENANTS FIGHTING IN PARKING LOT .PEOPLE THERE LOOKED VERY SKETCHY.

Beds were listed as “queen” but seemed smaller.
Mattresses & pillows were extremely soft with very little support.
No breakfast available - not even to buy.

Liked - very convenient to the highway. and easy to find.
Liked - very reasonable price,
Disappointed there wasn't a free breakfast but there was a Dunkin' Doughnuts nearby so we were fine.

Only one plugged worked in the whole room. Could see the dirt in the corners. The beds were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning didnt work. Had a bad smell to the room

Good location within walking distance of favorite breakfast spot. Easily accessible from I 87 and close to shopping and restaurants. Internet access wasn't the best, but the room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Employees were smoking right outside the entrance . I was there early but attendant was able to get me a room. I was shocked. Room smelled immediately. No AC in when it’s 85 outside. Bathroom was filthy, beds were lumpy, sheets weee not even white they were yellowish color. Bathroom had old stained pee on floor behind toilet. I took pic of it. You’re better off sleeping v in your car then this disgusting place.
