We had a very pleasant stay at the Econo Lodge Glens Falls/Lake George.
The room was clean and well-lit with comfortable sheets and the softest towels we've ever encountered at any hotel! Staff were friendly and nice.
The only downside is that no breakfast was provided, which would have been really helpful. Many of the patrons, like us, traveled to this location because our children were attending a state track meet. Having on-site breakfast would have helped our kids be ready for their race. But thankfully, there are many places to eat that are within walking distance or a short 2 minute drive. Overall, we had a great time and would travel here again, as we hope to attend more track events in the future!

bathtub did not hold water, bed tilted with feet up. gloomy outside grounds, uncomfortable at any motel with P.A. residents living semi-permenantly. Very difficult to find way into parking lot from 87. view from window is bushes coming out of a ditch. room was clean, desk staff helpful.

I've never been treated so rudely. The front desk staff were nearly impossible to contact, and when I was able to connect with them they were curt with me and then ignored me.
You couldn't pay me to stay here.

STAFF WAS GOOD LOCATION NOT GREAT,BED UNCOMFORTABLE,NO BREAKFAST,PAINT IN ROOM PEALING.GAVE US KEYS TO A ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEAN YET.THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM.PRICE TO HIGH FOR THE AREA.HOTEL HAD ROOMS ACROSS THE PARKING LOT WITH TENANTS FIGHTING IN PARKING LOT .PEOPLE THERE LOOKED VERY SKETCHY.

Beds were listed as “queen” but seemed smaller.
Mattresses & pillows were extremely soft with very little support.
No breakfast available - not even to buy.

Liked - very convenient to the highway. and easy to find.

Disappointed there wasn't a free breakfast but there was a Dunkin' Doughnuts nearby so we were fine.

Only one plugged worked in the whole room. Could see the dirt in the corners. The beds were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning didnt work. Had a bad smell to the room
