Our first night, I woke to a touch climbing on my arm. Hotel response was to see if we needed clean towels sent to the room. Tey iffered to change rooms but my husband and I had already shaken out the sheets and were afraid we would have the same problem in another room. The shower door would not stay closed unless you used a towel to block it. Carpet nails were sticking up at threshold from carpet to tile in the bathroom. Hotel offered to comp our parking but we did not even park in the deck because we didn’t think our truck fit. There were still parking charges on my bill when I went to check out. The front desk person was less that sympathetic and questioned why we didn’t just change rooms (in the middle of the night)

They gave me a hard time about my free breakfast at first but after that everything was ok. All the team was very nice I did have favorites tho,lol. The breakfast was amazing and the valet team really paid attention to who came and went. Overall 8 outta 10 experience
