The mattress was the best I've ever had. What a treat! My cat also loved the place. I haven't seen him this happy in over a year.

Filthy, dirty, nasty disgusting dump
Dirty disgusting dump that needs to go out of business so someone who cares can take over. This place is nothing but pure neglect. It could be a decent hotel if they just cleaned it. Hair, food, bugs, filth everywhere. First room was just way too disgusting, ***** hairs all over the toilet, food in the sink, fridge stank bad and looked it it hasn't been cleaned in years, second room had bugs, hair in the bathtub, greasy surfaces. How hard is it to clean a hotel room? Millions of places are capable of cleaning their rooms what's going on here?
Me and one other person were waiting for well over 10 minutes for someone to come so we could check in and then after I saw how nasty and horrible the first room was when I went back to get a different room I saw the same guy back at the check in counter because his room was also too dirty and disgusting for him to be in.
If there was a government board that oversaw the health hazards of hotels this place needs to be reported

Excellent staff and service
When we arrived there was a problem with our room. The previous occupant was refusing to leave. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a room for the night. They were obviously distressed over the situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely select this hotel when we return to SLC.

Talk about a crappy hotel. You'd think staying at an extended stay where theres a kitchen provided you could cook meals? No... there's no dishes, silverware, pans, pots, anything provided. Room doesnt even have a hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner! The bath tub wouldnt drain and the pull wouldnt come all the way up to get all the water up to the shower head. In the bathroom there was a sign that told you not to talk to anyone in the parking lot and to leave nothing in your car. So safety was also definitely an issue at this hotel.
Luckily all we needes was a place to rest our heads. And the room was okay for that.
But wear your shoes in the room as there are crumbs all over the carpet and also the fridge had a nasty smell. Not food worthy.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I checked in, they had overbooked and initially gave me a room that was already occupied — I actually walked in on another guest who was showering. I was then moved to a different room, but it only had one towel and no hair-wash items provided. Because of this poor check-in and room experience, I didn’t even feel comfortable going to the breakfast. Overall, my experience fell far below expectations.

房间很好,舒适。说有早餐,实际上是个有咖啡和小点心桌子,名不符实。
地方不错,但是总经理办入住手续很不愉快,而且很难沟通。其他员工都非常友好热情,乐于助人。
比流浪汉收容所好不了多少。一股烟味。小大厅里好像有人睡在椅子上。晚上去车里挺吓人的,因为有人就待在车里。停车场里停着一辆警用移动摄像头拖车。
这是我住过的最糟糕的地方,服务太差了。
