The conditions were terrible. Found a cigarette butt on the side chair. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled like a pack a day. The tub was so filthy I decided not to shower in it.

Busy weekend in Syracuse. I didn't choose Red Roof. It was all I could find for the date I needed. The staff did their best. Had to get a new room as room door was jammed. Highway and airport noise was an annoyance. If you're used to high quality hotels then this place is not for you. If you're female and solo, look elsewhere.

There was a large bug that came out of the blow dryer thing when I took it out of the holder.
Twenty rings later and two tries no one answered at the front desk. There was no soap, body wash or shampoo.

最糟糕的事情即将到来，敏感的灵魂们要忍住……我杀死的蟑螂数量在 15 时停止计算，房间里到处都是虫子……对于任何酒店来说都是不可接受的，无论是豪华酒店还是简单的汽车旅馆……房间是 315，我希望我们能采取必要的措施，以免其他客户再次发生这种情况……
