The inside flip lock was missing, leaving us unsecured. The vending machines were almost empty and did not return my change. Their breakfast bar was not sufficiently stocked leaving many patrons hungry. Also I paid for the room and had to pay another $50 for the “last” downstairs room.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Stained bed sheets - hair on the bed. Stained towels - and not just random individual stains, but some were literally a light tan color compared to the other whiter ones. Remote control was grimey, room was in disarray, the hot water dispenser in the morning was rusty...I mean I stayed at some lower quality hotels in my time and generally am not that hard to please, but this ******. It looks WAY better on the outside than it is on the inside.

It’s just tired. There is NO elevator….couuld have been disastrous but managed. I did not see any mention of that on your website. Breakfast just adequate but not nearly enough for those who wanted to eat the full meal. Ran out of everything. So if it were an emergency I might stay again because of the cleanliness but otherwise a no.

The staff that I did interact with were very friendly and quick to assist. However, the room was not that great. We had to kill a roach and the bathroom was dirty. Someones bar of soap was left. There were also mysterious stains on the floor. We didn't bother asking to move as we arrived in late, were just staying the night, and left really early.

The room needs a good deep cleaning and new Caulking. It was adequate but not a great value.

前台工作人员的话我没太听懂。房间地板黏黏的，还有小蟑螂。我比预订的时间提前退房了。
