I stayed at the hotel for a week. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues with my room (light burned out & broken coffee pot) and the staff fixed them as soon as I notified them of the problem. The breakfast was very good. The service from the front desk and housekeeping were exceptional. The staff worked really hard to make my stay a pleasant experience.

It’s a dive. Dirty and tv didn’t work because batteries were dead in remote. Stayed here 6 years ago and it was acceptable but not now.

Just ok
The inside flip lock was missing, leaving us unsecured. The vending machines were almost empty and did not return my change. Their breakfast bar was not sufficiently stocked leaving many patrons hungry. Also I paid for the room and had to pay another $50 for the “last” downstairs room.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Stained bed sheets - hair on the bed. Stained towels - and not just random individual stains, but some were literally a light tan color compared to the other whiter ones. Remote control was grimey, room was in disarray, the hot water dispenser in the morning was rusty...I mean I stayed at some lower quality hotels in my time and generally am not that hard to please, but this ******. It looks WAY better on the outside than it is on the inside.

Room was nice but very small. TV was a little difficult to navigate but it was ok for a quick place to crash

It’s just tired. There is NO elevator….couuld have been disastrous but managed. I did not see any mention of that on your website. Breakfast just adequate but not nearly enough for those who wanted to eat the full meal. Ran out of everything. So if it were an emergency I might stay again because of the cleanliness but otherwise a no.
