Room was clean but the bathroom was not. My wife had to take a shower due to surgery scheduled the next day. The shower was filthy! Soap scum on all the walls and black hair on the floor and in the drain. She had to clean the shower before she could use it.

Slow drain
Stayed at this hotel. A number of days. Due to being on watch had to reserve days separately. Coplained about slow draining of sink on day one. Day 4 returned to same room. Nothing had been done to fix sink.

Good stay, needs a little more attention to detail
This is just your basic no thills super 8 hotel. Hotel eas in better shape than others I have seen. Couple complaints, first room wasnt bad but when we opened one of the drawers we found a pule of diety plates from someone breakfast. There was also no tissues in the room. So cleaning staff could do a littlw better. Was able to also hear quite a bur of noise bewteen the floors, halls, and walls. Just the quality of the hotel build. Hotel is located in a safe area, very convenient to the highway andlots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very basic but ok. Would stay here again. Good place for the price paid.

When i booked this i was under the impression that there will be a sofa bed or a rollaway bed that could be provided. I even sent a message or special request when i booked but did not get a response. When i checked in the male receptionist was rude when i asked for a rollaway bed and cart. He even said that is the first time he was asked for a cart. We have few stuff and i have been to so many hotels and even other super 8s and cart was not an issue. Then during breakfast we came around 8 only to find 2 almost burnt sausages and that’s about it. The coffee tasted weird too and the reason why i booked here is because it stated breakfast included. When i asked the front desk she said that’s all the hot food. They said breakfast is from 6-10 but did not mention until supplies last and i have kids who were hungry. Not booking with super 8 anymore
