Staff was excellent, they are a dedicated group of people. The room is comfortable and adequate. Now here are the complaints. No provision to prevent falls in the shower: no hold bars, robber mates, or textured anti slip surfaces. The breakfast was bad. Uneven selection and sometimes no selection. They often ran out of stuff.

I’ll start by saying the staff was excellent—truly the best part of the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it was top-notch, but this time was disappointing. The room had a moldy smell, and we woke up feeling stuffy. It also wasn’t very clean; the floors, drapes, and windows were noticeably dirty, and overall the room just needs a deep cleaning.
When we returned the next day, the room still hadn’t been serviced. Lastly, the breakfast was extremely limited, almost as if a food order had been missed. The only items available were a pot of grits, donut holes, coffee, bananas, and apples.
I’m not sure what happened, but the quality here has really gone downhill.

Run down. Needs repaint and retouches. Staff friendly but the whole place feels lax. Mgr probably substandard. Not what I expect from a Hyatt place

We always stay here when in the area. Room is large, comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Any little problem is handled quickly. Breakfast is normally very good, and varies from day to day. It’s hit-or-miss on holidays, though. Super convenient to dining options, I-459, and Highway 31.
