Our room had a bad odor. I can’t even describe it. The breakfast “buffet” as they described it, was disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and we really liked Kam the bartender!

I will start with the positive. The front desk staff is very pleasant. No issues there at all. However, the entire property itself is in shambles. Pieces of flooring missing in the elevator, pictures fall off the walls. Simply not taken care of. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. Walls scuffed. The room was the worst part of all and the worst Hyatt room I’ve had. Dirty pillowcase, black mold, fixtures broken. Take a look at my pictures. Too much to put into text.

Hotel is older and had stained carpet in the room..they exchanged my room to handicap..very weird layout and would have not chosen handicap room..i would not stay at this property again.

The room needed updating. The bathroom door was split at the bottom.
The shower was old and needed updating. Carpet was dirty.

The room was “clean” in general as far as the tub, toliet, etc. However, there were stains on the walls, sofa, and general wear and tear. I feel like it is older and in need of some renovation. Very affordable hotel.

We arrived late at night and we're fairly quickly given our two rooms. When we got up to them, they had not been cleaned--the beds were unmade and bathrooms a mess. Back down to the lobby and the clerk did not seem to be able to find us rooms that had been serviced--she literally was having to go to them to check. After waiting a long time, we were given rooms that seemed like they had been used for storage or something. It was now 1 am! The desk agent was pleasant and this wasn't her fault, but it was not a great travel experience.

Older property that needs to be renovated. Carpet in my room was thread bear in spots...definitely needs to be replaced. The room showed signs of poor cleaning efforts...stains on walls and bed dust ruffle.

Good location but room was in horrible condition. Sheets on bed were in poor shape, stains in carpet, pic falling off wall, shower curtain not even installed right. Then in back of property, it looked like a dump. Abandoned shopping carts, pallets laying around. There was even an tire left in one of the parking spaces. POOR PROPERTY

First the hotel called meat 12:00 pm before check in and said there was a water leak they moved my reservation to home 2 hotel across the street . I get the home 2 later that evening to check in they didn’t have a reservation! I called back the original hotel the kept me on hold for 10 minutes. So I drove the hotel they said we have a room after all . The door was broken and the water in the shower trickled it was almost non existent. The ac was loud and it smelled musty . We had a horrible experience and will not be using them again. Upon check out I told the staff they said thank you I will let someone know and that I needed to let you know .
