我拿到第一把钥匙后就去了房间。门外放着酒杯，里面有人在聊天。我打了两次前台电话，响了好久都没人接。所以我只好把所有东西都搬下楼。然后他们又给了我另一个房间。我问是不是这个号码，他们说是。真搞不懂为什么没人接？

然后我进了房间。我本来以为是个豪华房，结果完全不是。我住过的汉普顿酒店都比这好。地毯又旧又臭。房间里灰尘很多，感觉很久没人住过了。而且居然没有插座！！！他们只在特大号床的一侧装了个简易的插座。整个房间简直一团糟。我给了两星，因为第一晚的客房服务食物很美味，但第二晚就烤焦了，根本没法吃。我再也不会住这家酒店了！

Night check in Front Desk horrible.

We checked in around 9:40 pm. Front desk very unfriendly .... we paid around 350 for one night. I could not beieve the bad service we received. Oh well you get what you pay for .... just joking. For 350 a night I expect service with a friendly hello and how can I help you.

The only thing I wished was different was the size of the fitness center, it was pretty small and very crowded when I tried to use it. Otherwise it was a great stay!
