Had to get a new room after settling into our first one due to no Wifi service and TV not getting all channels. Someone was sent to room to fix it but could not ....had to call front desk again to get them to change our room. Poor communication with staff

Good beds. Hot water. Coffee was awful. Limited breakfast bar indicated in the ad I saw ( pastries etc). No breakfast bar at all. I would have paid more to stay somewhere better. Don’t appreciate the $100.00 extra deposit. Windym Hotels should reconsider putting their name on this old motel.

I was in town for the Ryder Cup and asked about an early check in since I arrived at 11:45. Guy checking me in said it would be $75. I agreed and handed him my card but he said it is cash only, the computer wouldn’t allow him to do it. I was expensing the trip and explained I had to use a card but he insisted cash was the only option.
房间比较老，但是还算感觉，经典美式风格，无功无过，早餐比较简陋了只有咖啡和能量棒，但是区域安全，价格便宜，我觉得可以接受。挺好的
对于一家便宜的汽车旅馆来说，还算过得去。房间有点旧，但每天都会打扫——客房服务人员很好，很贴心也很细致。前台人员参差不齐，有些人比其他人更乐于助人。周边环境有点乱，要做好准备遇到邻居向你求助。这里有国土安全部的住房。没有早餐，而且他们好像没有游泳池，看起来很多年都没开放了。我住了三晚。第一天早上我一醒来，走出房间就发现自己身处一个建筑工地，不得不换房间，并要求退还第一晚的房费。他们说需要请示经理——但他们也不知道经理什么时候回来。后来我看到经理和建筑工人聊天，就直接问了他。他说可以退，但在接下来的两天里一直回避解决问题。幸运的是，Trip.com 赔偿了我 100 美元的积分，这基本上弥补了损失。至少他们没有收取我延迟退房的费用，而且正在进行翻新。新的灰泥看起来确实不错。
我觉得能看懂中国字的就不要定这家酒店的，极度差劲！这是一家汽车旅馆旅！他给的图片就是在模糊掉，他是汽车旅馆的这个事实！当我在门口，我已经觉得很恐怖，这个价钱在这附近应该是租不到房子的，所以还是加点钱去别的酒店吧，不要住这家酒店，我确实还没有看到过这么便宜的酒店。但是我没有入住放弃了，而且这家酒店不承认自己是汽车酒店也拒绝退款，最终是中国的平台这边退了30%，这家低价汽车酒店是印度人开的。服务态度极其差劲，我觉得中国人也不差这点钱，尽量定别的酒店哈，不要定这一家真的很差劲，他就是一家彻头彻尾的汽车酒旅馆！👎真的没必要省钱，你会把所有的钱都浪费掉这家酒店，请不要选择！

根本没有早餐。酒店接待服务恶劣。甚至于粗暴收去房卡，要我们离开。还污蔑中国人。因我不懂英语交涉困难。否则真就报警。
