Check-in night desk clerk was friendly and pleasant.
Room notes:
1. door to next suite room was not locked
2. table lamp did not work-was pluggede in - knob came off
3. toilet seat was crooked
3. entire toilet was loose on floor - rotated
4 .towel rack over toilet was crooked and mounted that way
5. sink plug was laying on top of counter
6. dust hanging from sink light enclosure
7. bed frames had metal supports protruding past bed mattress - ready to cut a leg
8. parkng near room was across the drive and small curb was only thing preventing auto from near verticle drop
9. only one ramp several doors from rented room - not helpful for someone needing a cane to walk
10. night desk check-in clerk was very pleasant.
Overall from what was observed, this hotel needs a remodel. Will not stay there again.

It was great.....we got non-smoking but when we opened the door it smelled like someone had been smoking in it all day. Went to the front desk and the young man was super nice changed our room. It was super clean had all the amenities. Perfect location on the hill had beautiful scenery. Super quiet. Good breakfast but wish they had offered fruit. Coffee could have been stronger. Would stay here again.

The bed was great. The room had lights brighter than average(5 stars for this).The room fridge needs defrosting probably because its door didn't close well. The tub needs a new bath mat. Someone should sweep up the cigarette butts outside.
