The room faced the interstate, so it was very noisy. The curtains were sheer. There were food crumbs under the nightstand.
Staff was friendly. The breakfast was fresh, with a few options.

Lousy food. Sour milk.
Shabby bathroom.
Probably 5 percent occupied, but given a room that looked directly on the roof of the hotel entry blocking view with 90 percent shingles. Directly looking down from the window was the roofs gutter.
If this was a Best Western Plus I’d hate to stay at a plain ol’ Best Western.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The room was never cleaned despite my raising the issue twice; each time, I was told it would be addressed, but nothing changed. On our final night, we were given washcloths and towels along with a plastic bag to collect our own garbage, which was unacceptable. The reason provided for this poor service was that they were short-staffed. Additionally, only one elevator was operational, forcing us to walk up to the fourth floor several times. I have submitted a formal complaint to their headquarters and am currently awaiting a response. I also attempted to upload photos of the room but was unable to do so.

酒店位置不错,就在大路边上,前台服务人员很粗鲁,很没礼貌,样子很奇怪,男不男女不女的。店内环境还不错,早餐就还是老样子,没什么特别的。
酒店人手不足,无法提供足够的客房清洁服务,所以我们不得不主动索要洗发水、护发素和毛巾,入住期间只享受过一次清洁服务。早餐也低于平均水平,面包和百吉饼都不新鲜。除非价格非常优惠,否则我不会考虑再次入住。
