The man at the reception has no customer service training whatsoever, he was rude and indifferent. We were given room 415 which has the window exterior pane broken and it was so noisy all night long.

When we arrived into the hotel, we saw paint chipping on the walls of the lobby and the second elevator did not work. Once we got into the room, it had a musty smell and there were yellow stains on the sheets and the floor felt dirty. The bathroom shower had mold around it and the water pressure was terrible. The only thing we liked was the complimentary breakfast they provided. It was very delicious.

Excellent service
I called ahead to let them know it would be a late check in upon arriving everyone was very friendly and accommodating. In the morning breakfast was great they had waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, all fresh and hot. We would stay there again.

Good night at the BWPS
The place was nice for our stay. The breakfast offered several options. The beds were comfortable. The property looks renewed.
一家干净、现代又舒适的酒店。除了墙壁有点薄。通过 Trip.com 预订价格很划算，免费早餐也不错。
酒店位置不错，就在大路边上，前台服务人员很粗鲁，很没礼貌，样子很奇怪，男不男女不女的。店内环境还不错，早餐就还是老样子，没什么特别的。
酒店人手不足，无法提供足够的客房清洁服务，所以我们不得不主动索要洗发水、护发素和毛巾，入住期间只享受过一次清洁服务。早餐也低于平均水平，面包和百吉饼都不新鲜。除非价格非常优惠，否则我不会考虑再次入住。

Once we got into the room, it had a musty smell and there were yellow stains on the sheets and the floor felt dirty. The bathroom shower had mold around it and the water pressure was terrible.
