Despite you adult leaving misleading like 12 year olds losing call of duty everything was great . I definitely will be booking here again. Anyone leaving less than 4 stars remember hotels and air BNB.

When I checked in on 7/12/25 , the night clerk couldn't speak English or understand it. While I was checking in the clerk was talking to someone on his cell phone and wouldn't get off and listen . Their was only one towel for 2 people to use , the furniture was dusty. No coffee no cream or sugar in the room what was was already opened. I asked about late check out I as told I couldn't have one.

The Wi-Fi was terrible I let the staff know twice that I could not get any service in my room and nothing was done about it and so with that being said I was not able to complete the work that needed to be done on my laptop. But ad says free Wi-Fi and there was none

Staff was very welcoming. Clean room. Very basic. Room stayed cool, which is important for middle of summer, especially since pool wasn’t open. Could have used coffee in the lobby and breakfast wasn’t available. Would stay again

The only reason I selected this facility was for the breakfast. Not available due to restoration but an alternative, food coupon or restaurant voucher, should've been made available. Not able to use membership either. Managers blamed it on the internet. Told me to contact corporate.
