The lobby are had an odor to it as did the room before turning on the air though not as bad. The room was tidy but not fully clean, there was dried blood on the light switch in the bathroom, the sink had hairs and other lint in it. The box springs aren’t covered and have hairs and dirt on them when checking the surrounding area. Needs deeper cleaning. I didn’t end up staying and was not able to get refunded but will try to file a claim with the insurance purchased at time of booking.

The staff was helpfull and professional and that they would refund my money. I am not sure how ******* handles this, but I cannot believe ******* would list a property in this condition and mislead me into thinking it was a safe and clean hotel.
However, the property was so smelly and dirty that I left without staying there and had to find alternative accommodation. There were also several vagabond-looking people around the property, and not surprisingly, the police turned up with lights on and were intervening with some people. This property should not be listed for travelers! It caused my much inconvenience. I was travelling with my wife and 15 year old niece.

I read the reviews and I was actually scared. But after I checked in it was not as bad as I thought. Bed was very very comfortable and overall it was quiet and got a good nights sleep

I awoke last night to use the restroom, and saw roaches crawling all over the walls. Needless to say, I am disgusted and flabbergasted that this place cost me over 400 dollars for 2 nights plus charged me a 23 dollar pet fee when they have an infestation thats going to stress me out for weeks.
房间非常老旧，还有一股霉味。我们预订了吸烟房，但没想到床单上有烟头烫痕和污渍。枕头很薄。第二扇门的洞里塞着纸巾。浴缸下水道里有光透出来，非常奇怪？？房间里没有台灯。床头柜后面只有一个插座。冰箱只是有点凉，里面还有积水。
空调工作正常，电视的频道选择也很多。但我不会再住这里了。
最差的一次入住，没有之一，房间走廊臭气冲天。感觉睡到了垃圾堆。订酒店的说好的早餐也没提供，不过也好，估计也不会有胃口，希望携程能过滤一下酒店，不要把垃圾堆放进来。
再也不来了
他们说没有早餐，咖啡机坏了。走廊里到处都是垃圾，我对这家酒店感到厌恶。我们的床上甚至没有毯子。昨晚我冻僵了。这太荒谬了，你们第一次宣传这种情况，他们没有健身房，他们宣传有健身房
我第一次入住时，房间里有股很浓的尿味，房间里的尿沙发让我闻到了另一个房间的香烟和雪茄味，有人跑来向你乞讨，他们竟然厚颜**地让你为无烟房间支付押金，但房间太恶心了，别再让这些人买房子，然后靠我们致富，真是太恶心了
