Dirty room staff was just not helpful i cant put zero stars ot i would when i arrived the first night i had no hot water. It stunk of idk what to call it smelled like people were living there and **** strong strong odor of ****... and nobody cleaned my room even when i asked them too... there was only 2 towels and i stayed 3 nights last night i skipped a shower wich i dont do considering i work out of town! Horrible place only a sheet as a blanket...

No hot water at all. Had to put the trash can under the sink. Drain pipe had a serious bad leak. Checked out at 4:30 to catch a flight. They were Checking guest in without telling them about their boiler issue. Establishment is really run down. And for one last slap to the face. Didn't even have any coffee made!

Great stay 10/10. Alicia at the front desk is super welcoming. 3rd time there and will be definitely coming back.

I would like a better selection of breakfast food it’s the same options people probably are getting sick of it
